Sat - Cardio
Well, I sure can feel yesterday’s lower body workout. It feels great! I worked hard enough to know it today, but not so hard that I don’t want to go back for more. Today was a cardio day. First thing this morning, I walked the subdivision, about 2 miles of hills, and I do mean hills. This is the beginning.

Good for you! Do your best to love you the way you are now. Forgive every reason that you chose not to love at the time and over ate. Forgive every pound that leaves you that way it won’t come back asking for it. With this I hope you will consider changing your comments about yourself on your progress pictures. I know its hard but change is coming and it’s a "wonderful’ positive thing. You are far from "ugly". Good luck with your progress and your hills today were great!
