I’m back!!!
I had to take two weeks off due to injuring my wrist lifting!!! Saturday was my first day back and everything went smoothly. I had a great workout! I started out lifting light to test out how everything felt. my wrist felt fine. No more aches, pulls, or soreness. I ended up lifting where I was when I stopped! It felt great to be back! I was having withdrawls. Since I havent been lifting in a while, I wont have any results to post. Take care! Hope everyone is well!
