Man oh man!
4 weeks of detraining is equal to what seems to be a year of not working out! To me at least! Dang it’s like starting all over from the beginning from Scratch! UUUGGGHHH!
Before I go for today I’ll give you a breakdown of the timeline. Last pictures here are from July…so July through Oct 31st I was in training (ARMY! Hooah) Hold up….let’s say 2 weeks before the 31st I was already detraining….then I came home to Cali and moved out and in to a new place….no gym membership….process of settling down applying and finding a job…..found a job yey! last week….this week started and this week gym membership.
Today 24 Nov. 2009-
30 min elliptical @ level 10 alternating 5 min reverse and forward
4 back exercises total of 3 supersets and 10 push ups in between & 20 mountain climbers between sets
abs 30 reps of 3 different exercises x2
stretching
it was a late workout and tired. Just to get something started and done with I’m satisfied with it….
now the next challenge for me is my morning cardio @ 0530 (my accountability to accomplish)
