These ABS

Okay so it’s all about nutrition, what goes in the body to help it torch the fat in it so that the abs show…..the other small part is working them out so that they are nice and firm and tight and sculped. yet they are still underneath what seems to be about one to two inches of damn flab! uuugghhh frustrating isn’t it?

supposedly if i go by bf% lost I’ve lost 5%, not weighing because I’m really going heavy on the weights and taking so much protein, that it’s like I’m a dude trying to get big which may happen a little, but most of my intake is to shed shed shed that fat. I just want to turn my body into an extremely hot firing furnace!

Well I think that you should really stick with the basics. Everyone’s body changes difference in regards to certain things. But I think starting out with the good old fashion basics is always a good choice. Those are things like cutting out all simple sugars (not carbs) just sugars and fruit juices and yeah alcohol. Take in 5 to 6 meals a day that are balanced out. Do the cardio after your workout. Oh yeah, and the knuckling down and not cheating on the diet. The calorie part may be a little bit of a guessing game…sadly you can’t go too low, and you can’t go too high, and you can’t stay at the same amount for too long….it sucks but our bodys adapt.

So beyond going through any crazy CHO cycling and stuff like that. I couldn’t really help you there, I’ve never had to play around with that sort of thing so I’m sure someone else can shed some light on that subject.

Well it sounds like you’re getting lots of clean, lean meats and lots of water which are both a plus.

As far as your workouts are concerned I’d make sure that you’re getting your cardio in after all your workouts. Depending on how much you are doing, its a common myth that you will ‘burn’ fat from doing too much cardio. Although this is true to some extent, most people don’t really do enough cardio for this to be the case. But a good change may be to do intervals of high intensity.

Your diet well. I’d go back to my last post. Make sure that you’re eating 5 to 6 small meals a day. I’d say try to make sure that all your meals are even and that there is no cheating going on. Check out your calories that you are currently on and whether your weight is decreasing or staying the same. Then adjust from there. However, there is a point where it becomes too minimal though. I know fun stuff right?

I wish I could tell you more detail but I’m not a registered dietician so I can’t really go too much further. I think the big thing is figuring out how important it is truely to you. If you like how you look and just are trying to do it for the heck of it then you have to ask yourself how much focus you want to put into it. If it is a life-long goal of yours to achieve a six pack then you might have a little more focus and drive to achieve this. Remember you can do anything. You just have to adjust and fix your motivation to do so.
