Upcoming race

From This time Fwd. my real running days have begun! I always run, i love running, but so far to this year I found the latest purpose….SF half marathon in July!

Hopefully I get to do 2 this year so next one sometime in Oct or November…..

Goals

okay i really want to write the goals here for the month of feb. cuz this one will be gone by this week!

back: I want more definition

Shoulders: more definition

Abs: Lose more layers of fat and skin that’s covering them! I think that’s about 2 more inches all around!

Arms and Legs: They’re coming along, I like my legs and I always run so I’m not too worried about them cuz they’re always worked out real well, the arms-bis and tris, I always kill them til i can’t do no more so they’re coming along

My main concern is torching that fat around my torso back and front! As well as round off those delts more defined!

training

I started school again. That doesn’t mean any slacking off in the gym!!!

I’m stocked for later on, ’cause if i didn’t make it in there this morning, then for sure i make it in there sometime today!:)

Counting…..

Okay so last year I was counting my weeks of training and days of training etc. log in everything! I decided to start a brand new journal this year and starting as January 1, ‘09 as day 1. I only count days of training and I’m on a 6day a week program right now. I’m still in week 1 and so far I’m feeling the changes, see my tris and bis improving, and weight goes up in training. Not much weight change and still got a long ways to go, but I don’t get discouraged anymore, I just push myself harder at the gym, and I’m always always conscious about my nutrition, training, and sleep. It’s too easy to stick with the program and no slacking because I wanna get it so badly! So counting starts this year for this year only! Pics come in every 4 weeks:) Oh and to motivate myself even More! I entered my first contest this year is the Hydroxycut Max transformation. so check it out!
