There are many opinions and ideals of how much cardio to lose bodyfat. Some say that HITT training for 15 to 20 min should do the trick. There are also many modes of exercise to achieve this so that one doesn’t get bored getting through cardio. Some people love cardio and some people dread it, like running. Sometimes I love it and sometimes I dread it but what really matters to me is that I do my homework, I get it done, 6 days a week no matter what, fit it in there. The least I’ll do is 30 minutes and pushing it tough. I’ve been told I exercise too much, that I eat too much-they don’t really notice too much of what- and they don’t even exercise as much as I do…..no matter….Today as I did cardio, different modes, different times, variance, I realized that there’s no such thing as too much cardio! No way! Check this out, IF and WHEN YOU DO Have the TIME:) Say I just went to the gym this morning, hmmm regular workout time, around there, cause I make it in there at least once everyday hmm, ok so I did my variance of 60 min cardio total, I feel great! refreshed, relaxed and all, now to go and enjoy about the day….mother’s day btw:) And later on I already have in mind to do about at least another 30 minutes on an elliptical most likely, that’s already 90 minutes of cardio just one day! I don’t know about you but I still feel like there no such thing as too much cardio, just make sure your body is physically healthy to be up for your mental toughness:) haha!

So workout thoughts are stirring up in my head today. I just got done with this little tough weekend to prepare me for the big months coming up:) they’ll probably mark the toughest months of my life so we’ll see about that. My goal is to be like GI Jane by then.
My new invention for practice, condition, and improvement.
Shin exercises with 5lb weights-dorsiflexion/plantarflexion
1 min-2 min bridges w/ 45 lb plate on back
chins/ pull ups- as many sets and reps as I can til my arms are done:)
push ups with 35-45 plate on back-up to 20 through 30
100 flutter kicks:)
20 squat thrust push ups
get ALL my push ups in perfect form:)
If anyone out there has more suggestions please advice, I’ll greatly try the workout:)

Okay so it’s all about nutrition, what goes in the body to help it torch the fat in it so that the abs show…..the other small part is working them out so that they are nice and firm and tight and sculped. yet they are still underneath what seems to be about one to two inches of damn flab! uuugghhh frustrating isn’t it?
supposedly if i go by bf% lost I’ve lost 5%, not weighing because I’m really going heavy on the weights and taking so much protein, that it’s like I’m a dude trying to get big which may happen a little, but most of my intake is to shed shed shed that fat. I just want to turn my body into an extremely hot firing furnace!

You know how when people have their morning coffee, or in commercials or anyone walking into a starbucks coffee shop, if you love coffee sooooo much, you’d take a deep breath in savoring that aroma of coffee in the mornings or whenever your favorite time to have it:) Well, this is my mornings……I walk into the gym to check in and feel like telling the clerk at the front counter "don’t you just love how the gym smells in the morning?" hahaha naw it’s too funny, it sounds funny, but gosh if you only knew how ecstatic I get in the mornings about getting into that gym. and when I’m there, there is no such thing as time, time doesn’t exist for me, I do my workout, from beginning to end, until my muscles tell me they’ve had enough, until my mind tells me don’t overtrain etc. okay I’m outta here:)
