Who you really are is your future. You must look forward to the person you are becoming. See all of the amazing actions that you will do in the future with passion and enthusiasm€”because that will become you. You’ll attract those qualities toward you when you condition yourself to do so.

You are NOT your past. Who you were in the past was the result of your past thoughts and actions. You must refuse to continually think about the negative aspects of who you were. That’s not you anymore. Thinking about the negative things in the past will only attract MORE OF THE SAME.

The Only Time You Are Growing Is When You Are Uncomfortable

Isn’t it interesting how things that you once found challenging became so much easier once you finally just jump in and attack them? Don’t spend too much time avoiding those things you fear. Reflect back to those many references you undoubtedly have when you stepped up and performed well despite your fear.

One Resolution at a Time This Year

Just a few new habits this year could massively improve the quality of your life.  Don’t overwhelm yourself by attacking too many resolutions all at once. Work on one at a time and see them become ingrained into your everyday life.

Focus on only one for three months with the plan of adding another one three months later. Add another one three months after that.
Four changes in the next 365 days is something you can get yourself to actually do, don’t you think? If you made just four major shifts in the way you do things, you’ll undoubtedly make this year an awesome one.
