					<description>Sounds good ... your cutting plan is identical to mine, sounds like (only I have a TON more to cut). 

You and I share the same profession, and I think that has a lot to do with our metabolism.  I can add mass easily at 2800-3000.  For me it's 2k cals to lose fat.
