Ground Turkey Chili Mac
1 pound ground turkey 99% lean
1 green pepper chopped
1 cup of brown rice steamed
1 packet of chili mix or less to whatever desire (I normally use 1/4 of the packet)
–Make 4 meals, spread into 4’s
