Today is my refeed day and I decided yesterday that I would wait off Friday on the gym until today! Carbing up as we speak with the oats and I saw this recipe for protien pancakes, going to the grocery store before hand, gotta get fuel for the gym!
Also going to incorporate some HIIT after the back exercises, which is going to be brutal because I have deadlift today, YIKES! Going low carb the whole week may me decide that I would have more power and energy to hit back today, hopefully I made a wise choice LOL!
