Hello everyone,
Today is a rest day for me but these seem like the most challenging since i always feel i don’t have to take the supplements that I’m normally so strict with throughout the entire week. I feel as if i don’t need them as much since it’s not a lifting day but i could not be any wronger!
Thus, I’m forcing myself to eat and take the necessary protein shakes and treat this like no different day. I work from home on Weds and basically work off my laptop in my living room all day, sometimes this motivates me to go to the gym on the off day and do some abs and cardio because of bordum but not today plus my girlfriend works her day and part-time job today so it’s a lonely day of sleeping, eating and growing (I know rough life right). Well I’ve worked this hard to accomplish such a lifestyle so why not, i deserve it, right?
Anyways, rambling on about my off from the gym, i guess I’ll eat some yogurt and pop in a movie (Shoot Them Up) maybe go to Vitamin World at the mall stock up on supplements that I consider myself to low on…
