1st day of Quads/Calves at the new gym
It was very different..kinda feeling lost for a minute and took a while to get into a nice working flow, but it was good. Today was quads and calves so it didnt take long to get into a groove

Nice job on the leg work…those stepmills are killer, I hate them.

Looks like a good workout.
Feeling at home in the new gym will come with time, but that first few trips is almost like dating a new girl. You just really don’t know what to expect.
I’m sure you’ll be good with it in a couple of weeks.
