1st day of Quads/Calves at the new gym

It was very different..kinda feeling lost for a minute and took a while to get into a nice working flow, but it was good.  Today was quads and calves so it didnt take long to get into a groove

Leg Extensions 3 sets of 25 (50lbs)

Leg Press 15(270lbs) 15(36) 12(450) 10(540) 8(590)

BB Squats 15(135lbs) 15(135) 8(185) 8(185) 8(225)

Hack Squats 3 x 8(90lbs)

Single Leg Extensions 3 x 12(50lbs)

Donkey Calf Raises 15(290lbs) 15(290) 12(165) 12(150) 12(150)

Seated Calf Raises 15(90lbs) 15(90) 12(105) 12(105)

Ab Crunches 3 x 25

StepMill 10 mins

    How’s the new gym, they have everything you had at the old one?
    Nice job on the leg work…those stepmills are killer, I hate them.

    You’ll get into a flow, no worries. As long as it offers everything you need, you’ll be good.

    Looks like a good workout.

    Feeling at home in the new gym will come with time, but that first few trips is almost like dating a new girl. You just really don’t know what to expect.

    I’m sure you’ll be good with it in a couple of weeks.
