After an exhausting shift at work (5 *ucking fires!) I decided to hit the gym instead of napping. Energy level wasnt as good as I’d have like but that’s the nature of the beast…anyway, on to the good stuff…

Hammer Incline Press 10(200lbs) 10(200) 8(240) 8(240)

DB Flyes 4 x 10(60lbs)
Weighted Dips 12(45lbs) 8(45) 8(45)
Cardio was taken care of at about 5:15am at fire #5…lol

Nice work in the gym and with the fires.
Firefighting as a workout tool will more than likely never catch on, but I like your thinking.

I have a hard enough time keeping up with my cardio (I get so into the weights, I loose track of time) so I can’t even imagine having to deal with a fire and considering THAT cardio. At least your still here and you put in what seemed to be a killer chest w/o even if you were drained of energy.

Good work after 5 fires man, what an exhausting day it must have been. Way to get the work out in even though you were zapped of energy.
