Reading your blog posts is making me think I’m going about this all wrong.
We are roughly the same size, but you consistantly use lighter weights, more reps and obviously have more mass. That’s completely contrary to everything I’ve learned about mass building.
Hmmm. Somethig to think about for my next switch up in a couple of weeks.

Sounds awesome. Would you mind answering 2 questions for me? I know it is going to sound kind of lame, but I am still educating myself.
Rear DB Lats; how are you doing these? In a seated bent over position or another way.
What the heck are steering wheels? I know it sounds self explainitory, but….I have become somewhat bored with what I do for abs now and looking for improvement.
Seen the rope crunches, just haven’t done them yet for fear of doing them wrong.
Just looking for a little more info. Good luck with the bulk.
