| I’ve taken the approach of rotating my high/med/low carb days to try and maintain my physique before bulking again in the fall. I do 3 days of moderate to high carbs, followed by 3 days of low to no carbs. I have a 6 day work week so this is perfect as the high carb days are my series of days on duty while the low days are those at home. So far, so good. |
