Posing Critique
Had my first real posing critique today from a trainer at my gym. I’m doing pretty good, but foot placement is a little off sometimes, losing my balance every once in a while. I also have a habit of not leveling out my shoulders. All in all, it was a good learning experience and gave me good insight on my posing errors. More to come!

hi !do you take the time to set your body before execusion. after having an unstable shoulder and loose shoulder blade i have to remember to feel postion and set before each set up and maintail throughout, takes time but eventually comes naturally.
