Phase 2 underway
10 weeks out from the show so the following changes are happening this week:
1) 200 calorie decrease in diet. That takes me from 2800 to 2600.
2) Aerobic activity goes from 3 times a week/20 min. durations to 4 times/20 min.
3) I start practicing my posing routine for 20-30 minutes a day.
4) Pasta and bread is eliminated. I can no longer substitute wheat products either.
I weighed myself this morning and I’m still at 200, but I’ve had to tighten the belt up a little, so I know the bodyfat is going down. I have another bf measurement coming in 2 weeks to see where I am. So far, so good.
