Higher rep range for legs
I’ve been doing higher reps/lower weight with my quad workouts (excpet for Leg Presses) and I’ve noticed better improvements than with the heavier weight/lower rep workouts. I’m finally seeing more overall development in my thighs, not to mention the cardio benefits from the high rep range.
I’ve been doing up to 40 reps on leg extensions, 15-20 on squats/hack squats while keeping the leg press in the 8-10 range. I’ve taken some beginning pics and will post them along with the after pics in a few weeks.
