Calm before the storm
This month I’ll be working out a little ‘lighter’, almost an ‘off’ month. Still working out 3-4 times a week, but not heavy sets. I’ll be sticking with moderate to light weight, good enough to maintain while sorta taking a break. This is because September will be the start of my bulking season. I mean CLEAN bulking, not many meaningless pounds. I’m going to focus early on my legs, back width, and overall chest development. Cardio will be in the AM on an empty stomach non-workout days. Diet will be roughly the same, but with more quality carbs and a slight increase in protein. I’m geared up and ready. Progress to follow…

Hey brother that sounds good. I’m thinking about taking a cut phase. I’ve been bulking alot and my size has increased but I’m ready to start cutting! Let me know how its working for you!
