Gotta drop water weight.
I had my bodyfat tested today and it’s about where I need to be to be at my goal of 7% at the end of next month. But why no ‘roadmap-like’ vascularity and razor sharp definition? The trainer said I had water weight that was holding back my cuts. I’m figuring I have too much sodium in my diet and because of that, I’m retaining water. So starting today, NO SALT!!!! Hello, Mrs. Dash!

no salt sucks, but you get used to it.

Good plan, there’s salt in most prepared foods so you can cut that out easily! Good luck
