Gotta drop water weight.
Tuesday, May 29th, 2007I had my bodyfat tested today and it’s about where I need to be to be at my goal of 7% at the end of next month. But why no ‘roadmap-like’ vascularity and razor sharp definition? The trainer said I had water weight that was holding back my cuts. I’m figuring I have too much sodium in my diet and because of that, I’m retaining water. So starting today, NO SALT!!!! Hello, Mrs. Dash!
