Trevor Win’E Practice
So yesterday there were two group of us at the gym that did a run through of the memorial day challenge. We ran through it just like we would that day. I have to say, it wasn’t quite as difficult as I thought it would be. The hardest part was the pullups. We basically ran in 4-person teams, two on/two off. So for pullups we ran 15 sets of 5 each. That gave us about 5-10 sec rest between each set. It was pretty easy the first 5-6 sets.
Next up was pushups, 10 sets of 10 each. Same as pullups, the first few sets were easy then muscle failure played into it.
Situps were for me the easiest part. I think we did 7 sets of 15 and 1 set of 20. And lastly, squats. These are bodyweight squats, 10 sets of 15.
Our team time was 22:58; the team next to us was 22:05 I think. So next Monday’s goal will be to beat both times. Although I"m not sure that I’ll be working out with the same team members.

That actually sounds like a great challenge! Is this for a charity?
