Staying on track

Well, I’ve managed to stay on my diet and hold my bodyfat at/below 8% for a month now.   I never really got the urge to binge after this past contest season.  Well, at least not like I have in the past.  Usually by now I’d be back up to 11-12% bf.  I decided, after 13 contests, that it is MUCH easier to maintain then suffer through a 14-16 week contest diet.

The diet I’m on I could stay on indefinitely.  Its still a lot of fish but I just feel so much better.  Plus with the holidays coming up, I really need to stay on  course.  This is the time where I (like everyone else) could easily put on excess bodyfat.  I don’t deny myself I just don’t overdo it.

My workouts are now almost all crossfit workouts.  The time varies with the workout but they totally kick my ass.  I’ve gotten in some incredible workouts in less than 15 mins!  This change is very nice after doing traditional weight workouts for so long.
