ITS Almost OVER!!!
Almost show time! Feeling pretty good this morning, even though I overslept a bit. I can see I’ve tightened up considerably this past week. I think that I may almost be as lean for this figure show as I was when I was bb’ing!
YAY!!!! THis self-imposed hell is almost over!!! French toast, bacon and goetta here I come!!!!
My first meal today was:
150gms round steak
200 gms sweet potato
1/2 grapefruit
Pretty nice breakfast if you ask me! I only get three more meals today but they are all fairly high in cals and carbs.
For all those who think that they should only eat 800 cals a day to a)lose fat, b)cut for a show -
I’m one day out - my total cals are:
calories - 1989
protein - 230.3
fat - 39.7
carbs - 181
Height - 5′7"
Weight - #135
BF% - 7%
So there you go! None of this eating 1000 cal a day nonsense!! NO DRUGS! NONE! NO CLEN! Just good old fashioned made-it-myself unadulterated clean food.
My macros will be somewhat the same tomorrow.
It absolutely kills me to see people eating such ridiculously low cal meals throughout the day. I had a client write me up a food diary so I could guide him in making improvements. He counted his coffee as a meal. Poor guy. I too was at that point at one time in my life. Now that I know better I try my best to help them understand the why/why nots of eating healthy and staying healthy.
Well, I’m just waiting for another bodyspace member, OHTM to show up as we are doing the show together and we have our first spray tan together this am. I’m really starting to get excited. Later kiddies!

I totally enjoyed reading that blogg. I was trying to drop the last few kilos of fat and was working out like 8 times a week on about 1000 calories, 20gm fat 100gms carbs and not getting the results. Possibly my nutrition wasn’t right, maybe I need just a bit more food…. thanks for that info

You are so right about eating too few calories it is not a good idea.
Good Luck at the show, let us know how you do.

I too am trying to get my body to adjust to more calories. My metabolism is way too slow, some naturally I think, but mostly due to way too many years (like 30) of low calorie dieting. I’m getting there slowly but surely.
