One Week to Roatan!
Well, i’ve pretty much met my goal as far as far as bodyfat. Didn’t make the weight goal but that just means more muscle! Now its just a matter of maintaining till next weekend when I leave for vacation. I’m taking the dive trip of a lifetime and going to roatan, an island off the north coast of Honduras. Thanks to my brother, who is going with us, I just might know more about this island than some of the people who live there! Now that I’ve gotten my bodyfat down I can go buy a bikini and not feel so self-conscience in it.
I did a nice little hammie workout last night.
Seated Leg Curls - #55 x 15 ( 4 sets)
SLDL - #95 x 12 ( 4 sets)
Lying Leg Curls (single leg) - #45 x 15 ( 3 sets)
I love the look of my hams; unfortunately, i hate working quads so my legs look better from the side. From the front - uugghhh.
Its friday!! not like that really has any meaning cause I still have to work tomorrow 1p-11p. But when I get back from vacation I go to permanent 2nds with permanent off days. For those who have never worked a f’d up shift day in and day out - I lack the written skills to adequately describe the elation I feel at working permanent hours. Eating the same time every day, going to bed/waking up the same time every day! Geez, just thinking about it puts a smile on my face.
