Yay, finally did #45’s
Wow, I achieved something I didn’t think I could do. Buffycat got me motivated enough to see if I really could do #45’s on incline bench. So what the heck, I tried them today in my chest workout. WOW! I thought I was going to be stuck on #40’s forever.
Incline DB Press - #45 x 10 ( 4 sets). Thanks Buffycat! You totally inspired me today! My mind was holding me back I guess. No more though!
