No More Rotating Shifts!!!
Well, after a meeting with all the bosses, it was decided that we could work a permanent shift!!! I’m so excited for so many reasons First off, it means I get into a routine of working out and DIET for the first time in my adult life!!! To those who do not work a rotating shift, you might not realize how detrimental this type of shift can be on your health and fitness levels. In fact, I think most people do not realize this. Except us on here of course….
So this new shift thing doesn’t start for another 6 weeks or so. I’m hoping to kick my habit of taking prescription to get to sleep. It would be soooo nice to go to sleep at the same time every day without drugs. I can imagine the next time I go into pre-contest mode (july) that I will do much better. YAY!!!!
