I hurt all over….
Nothing says, "i;ve had a good chest workout" like a sore chest 24 hrs later. so now my shoulders AND my chest hurt. great, throw in my darn meniscus injury and it seems i’m a complete mess right now.
geez, i forgot, through all the attention i’ve paid to my delts, and being overly concerned about my knee, i did my incline db presses with #40’s for all 4 sets of 10! That would be a PB! Guess its time to move up to #45’s! Must have been all the coffee…

No doubt to the chest work out thing, I had trouble moving at all today at work, very hard lift last night, it was a wieght increase night for me, keep it up, your looking great!

I’m not really all that sore YET but I feel it comin on. Tomorrow I’ll probably be goin "OUCH" with each step I take!!! It’ll go something like this…OUCH (step), OUCH (step), OMG (stair), OMFG (stair)…..
Careful of the re-injury thing…hey, what’s a PB?

thanks for the feedback ..ok cool ill take that advice I read your profile good luck on your goals you look by your pictures to be well on your way..I also see you are using some supplements are you having good results from the No xplode i have been considering using this and some others myself
