first figure show is 4 weeks out now. I"m down to 8.5%. I’m going to eat a cheat meal tomorrow night as my metabolism has slowed a little. this should kick start it back up a little bit.

AS of today I’m 3 weeks out. I’m going to test judge a show on the 14th so i get to chk out some of my competition as I will be seeing them again on Oct 28th. I’m basically living on cod and broccoli and sweet potatos at this point. Nothing like cod diet to lean you out super fast! Feeling good though, strength went down a little bit but watching my body change gets me totally pysched and ready to go!

wow, time flies, i’m 1.5 weeks out. i’m just below 8%. I definitely feel like im 1.5 weeks out. at this point its all about eating. I’m still working out as heavy as i can go, mostly because it totally motivates me to work in the 8 rep range. But legs, forget it. I’ve been doing high reps last two workouts. one leg workout to go and i’m done!
