No longer am I a "bodybuilder." I am now a "sculptor," or "gym tecnician." My lifting has totally changed. Lifting weights from point A to B is not good enough...and my body no longer allows for this. The weight is now meaningless. My reps are "choreographed." There is a stretch, a squeeze, and everything in between is focused on intensely. I am carving myself like clay. No movement is more important than any other...free weights, cables, machines, isolation, compound...all of it is needed. I am on a new journey...a new chapter. Born again in the gym.
