Take it easy man. Here are some thoughts.

1. Health is always more important than maintaining size. If you're sick, forget the workouts. Never compromise your health. Eat right, get plenty of rest, drink lots of water, and you might even consider getting a good multivitamin.

2. Find ways to get over the psychological barrier you've built up. Size isn't a life or death situation (unless you're fighting for your life), and if you lose a little bit of size during the winter, that will be okay. The issue probably comes down to you comparing yourself to other big guys. If that's the case, think about comparing yourself down to someone smaller. It really does make you appreciate what you have.

3. Exercise less often. Get in two really good strength workouts/week, and maybe two good cardio sessions. That should be enough to carry you through, especially if you're well trained.

4. I would suggest making an appointment with your physician. If you're constantly getting sick, and it's usually always in the winter, there might be a specific reason. I found out just about a year ago that I was asthmatic, caused by allergies every spring and fall. If you can find out why you're always getting sick, you can usually get treatment for it. And yes, despite what some people might think, good drugs are a GOOD thing!

Take care, bro.
