Set 4 PR’s in the Last 3 Days and I’m feeling Awesome…
Monday i set a pr on weighted dips with 60lbs x6.
Yesterday i set a pr on alternating db curls with 60lbs x6 per arm.
Today i set a pr on leg press with 540lbs x8; and a pr on barbell shrug with 365lbs x6.
This new training style is really having me excited to go to the gym.(See Blog Titled "Shock Technique…)
