“shock Technique” is working for me

Yeah so im finished with my activate xtreme/stoked/xfactor stack and i chose to use the shock method/technique during the stack. now that iom finished, ive remained on the methosd and the gains keep coming…I would reccomend this to anyone hwose been on the same routine/style for a while and looking for a way to start seeing some real gains, both in the mirror and in the gym.

What is the "Shock Technique", specifically?

The shock technique, in my understanding and practice, is when u change up the weight of your routine from light to heavy after u complete your 3 or 4 day split. For instance, I’ll go light and perform 10-15 reps for an entire four day split. I’ll take one day of, and then come back and go heavy, performing 4-6 reps. light weight and hiigh reps target slow twitch muscle fibers, which are responsible for endurance and muscle definition; while the heavier routine targets fast twitch muscle fibers, which are responsible for strength and muscle size.
