Went for a short run today…first time in forever.

So i had a day off from lifting today and i thought it wouldn’t hurt to do a little cardio. i normally don’t do any cardio, but i had so much energy. After wards i felt really good, and i think ill start jogging a few times a week from now on.

So i fugured im gonna just take in everything i can get my hands on…i have a great metabolism so it wont be a problem losing some fat down the road. right now im eating a huge bowl of whole wheat mac n cheese with tuna. anyone who knows of any other great bulk meals, please share.

Set 4 PR’s in the Last 3 Days and I’m feeling Awesome…

Monday i set a pr on weighted dips with 60lbs x6.

Yesterday i set a pr on alternating db curls with 60lbs x6 per arm.

Today i set a pr on leg press with 540lbs x8; and a pr on barbell shrug with 365lbs x6.

This new training style is really having me excited to go to the gym.(See Blog Titled "Shock Technique…)

“shock Technique” is working for me

Yeah so im finished with my activate xtreme/stoked/xfactor stack and i chose to use the shock method/technique during the stack. now that iom finished, ive remained on the methosd and the gains keep coming…I would reccomend this to anyone hwose been on the same routine/style for a while and looking for a way to start seeing some real gains, both in the mirror and in the gym.

i go 3 days on then an ab day and a day offChets/tri day i do 7 chest exercises and about 5 tris, im there about an hour and a half. all are about 10 reps and three sets
back/bi:  i do about 6 back exercises and about 5 bis workouts im there about an hour and a half  10 reps three sets
shoulder/leg  i do 5 shoulder ex and 4 leg ex plus 3 trap things. im there an hour and a half

ab day i do 10 ab exercises supersetted three at a time 10 reps three sets
it might be too much but ive become hooked on leaving the gym absolutley gassed and i try to make sure ill be sore.

Steroids, Boo! Anyone else?

So i guess the big rumor at my job is that I’m juicing. its bs they just don’t know that if you know what you’re doing u can get results naturally. They’re a bunch of idiots imo. Anyone else had this kind of thing happen?

Best ab workout today

Today I completed one of the most intense ab routines Ive done. It went as follows:

Superset x3

Weighted Decline Crunches(25 lbs.) x10

Dumbbell side bend (85 lbs.) x10 on each side

weighted Flat Bench Lying Leg Raise (12lbs) x10

Superset x3

Cable crunch (180 lbs) x10

seated dumbbell twist (8lbs) x10

Hanging leg raise x10

superset x3

weighted ball crunches (25lbs) x10

Hanging side knee raises x10

extended leg raise on bars x10

superset x3

legs on ball crunches x10

oblique crunches x10

leg lifts x10

and i ended it with Reverse superman hold till failure x3

It was so intense and i felt so happy with my workout and cant wait till my next ab day

Finally back in the gym

Yeah so today was my first day back since last Wednesday. I’ve been sick so couldn’t go, but i needed a week off anyway. its weird, being back is soo great, and i even feel a little more confident, i know I’m addicted but know i know to what degree.  did chest and tris and tomorrow ill hit back and bi’s. then friday will be shouldersa nad legs and maybe alittle surf this weekend
