Saturday, February 24th, 2007Well today marked my one year of lifting. I am pretty excited about the weight that I have been able to gain over the last year. The strength that I have gained has also impressed me as well.
Since I have been back in the gym for a little over a week, my strentgh is almost back up to par. My weight is coming back faster then I thought, I have been eating good and back on my shakes and hittin it hard. Hopefully within the next couple of months I will hit my goal weight of 205lbs, then I plan to diet and shred up. Good luck to all of you!
