Well today marked my one year of lifting. I am pretty excited about the weight that I have been able to gain over the last year. The strength that I have gained has also impressed me as well.
Since I have been back in the gym for a little over a week, my strentgh is almost back up to par. My weight is coming back faster then I thought, I have been eating good and back on my shakes and hittin it hard. Hopefully within the next couple of months I will hit my goal weight of 205lbs, then I plan to diet and shred up. Good luck to all of you!

Well I took a week and a half off due to personal reasons and Saturday was my first day back. I still haven’t got back into the groove of things but I guess it will take some time. It was good to take the time off but now my strength has fallin off. I struggled at chest today, barely repped 225 out 4 times, yuk. Needless to say I wan’t very happy. Lost a bunch of weight during my down time as well. Guess it had to do with my nerves and my horrible diet! Started back on track and gained some of it back, give me a couple of weeks and I’ll be back in the game!!!!!!.
Hit it heavy, Hit it hard!!!
