Well this is to let evryone know i’m on my way home back to arkansas, it was the last thing i wanted to do, not one of my goals for sure.

I was starting to do so well i felt, feeling better after the bike accident(photos on myspace)job starting to look up everything was doing well. now i’m going home. i feel like i went to the moon and now coming home with dust on my boots instead of rocks or photos of undiscovered lands.

it so sucks theres nothing to do there, theres nowhere to go. nothing.

the stack i got from bbc was working well, lots of energy for work, and i was only taking in about 1400 cal’s a day. then everything fell apart, my uncle had a stroke, whom i soon after found out lived less than 20minutes from me, my brothers bike went down, my best friend in cali got out of the military for reasons unknown, and my girl of five years breaks up with me because she feels she is too old for me.

so its comfort foods all weekend if i eat at all, ahhhhhhhhhhh when does it all stop, it dosen’t my bike has been parked at the end of the drive way where it now has loads of scratchs on it because people coming down the alley do what ever. the garage is full so there is nowhere to put it but at the very end of the driveway.

but im staying positive, just have to stop all the headaches and all will be up and up.

Got my bbc package today and so happy, get to go back to gym tomorrow. Still unhappy with some current living arrangements but looking forward to getting back into the gym and starting my life up again. i’ve been sticking to my diet so far, no complex sugars, no excessive fats, no red meat all week.

what is it

i don’t know if the changes in diet or the fall air here is making my sinus go crazy, i’ve been so tired of late. its hard to get up and do the crunchs and go for walks. Plus if thats not bad enough it seems i’m not making any progress, i feel like i’m livving in a bears winter coat.

lol sucks. but i have to keep pushing the ball is just around the corner.

i finally decided to post a photo to show where i had gotten to over 270, not a good idea, it wasn’t a motivator to me, it just made me sick to my stomach literally. So i took it down.

The photo with me and the girls from the races is close enough for me i don’t need to see where i came from anymore. i don’t want to be sick anymore.

i want to make it this time , i want success/.

:PUSH DAMNIT!!

Been pushing on my run, and doubling on the chest workouts.

Trying to stay social with people, though i’m so easily irritable, less food, sugar balance off, pain and headaches. lol its also funny every girl i’ve talked to over the last month instantly gets defensive thinking i’m making a past at them, and its so hilarious. even if its just a hello i get the stink eye. lol i have no time for this stuff, i have goals and thats it. i work eight hours a day, workout two, study two and sleep the rest theres no time for nonsense.

Positive people make the world shine, and i pray these people become friends of mine.
