Blasting The Delts

Today I did shoulders & traps and the workout went great today!! I blasted my delts like there was no tomorrow LoL:

My shoulder workout:

standing military press 4 sets to failure

standing military press behind the back 4 sets to failure

upright rows 4 sets to failure

front dumbbel laterals 4 sets to failure

side dumbbel lateals 4 sets to failure

cable rear delt 4 sets to failure

machine rear delt flys 4 sets to failure

Smith Machine shrugs 4 sets to failure

And that was my shoulder workout today!!!

Heavy Leg Day Workout!!

Yup Yup today was heavy leg day I went heavy on everything I wanted to get a good leg work out. I wasn’t bull sh*ting because my last leg work out was light because my hamstring was hurting a little now that it is healed its back to the heavy sh*t.  And I couldn’t wait to drop it like its hot doing squats because if you ain’t squatting you are not training legs ya heard me..

My leg workout:

Lying leg curls 6 sets to failure

Stiff legged deadlifts 6 sets to failure

Leg extensions 8 sets to failure

Leg press 8 sets to failure

Barbell squats 8 sets to failure

Front squats 3 sets to failure

standing calf raises 6 sets failure

sitting calf raises 4 sets to failure

toe presses 4 sets to failure

My Killer Back Day!!

Today I did back it was one of the most exhausting back days I ever had I think the iron kicked my ass today but hell.  I still gave it my best, I always give my workouts a 100 percent even if I don’t feel like it..

My Back workout routine:

Chin ups 5 sets to failure

Wide grip lat pull downs 4 sets to failure

close grip lat pull downs 4 sets to failure

reverse grip lat pull downs 4 sets to failure

cable rows 4 sets to failure

t-bar rows 4 sets to failure

dumbbel row 4 sets to failure

barbel rows 4 sets to failure

deadlifts 4 sets to failure

    And that was my killer back day that kicked my ass sh*t Im still feeling it lol….

Greg Valentino Rumor? lol

After all the threads on other bodybuilding boards a lot of people have posted that Gregg Valentino doesnt have synthol or any other injected products in his arms. Rather its implants that he has added to his arms and delts through surgery like some do with their calves. Any truth to this Rumor? I think not

My Day Off Is Finally Here!!

Yeah my day off is finally here time just to relax my body from doing battle with the iron at the gym. And time to spend some quality time with my family, maybe I’ll take them out to go see a movie or something today. Everybody needs a good day off to relax and have fun and forget about training once in a while. Because its good for the body.. or else you might get sick of training in the gym really quick…

Chat Boy

This type of guy is rare, but you don’t want to run into him. Chat boy wants to discuss lifting, eating, or life in general with you, often in great detail.

Rocky Jr.

I’m all for boxing, I think it’s a great way to stay fit and relieve tension. What I don’t get is the guy shadowboxing in front of the dumbbells.

The Mutterer

This guy loads the bar up with way too much weight, eekes out 3 reps with bad form and then mutters “shit”, loudly, after his set prematurely ends.

The Entourage

Another one that borders on clich©: You’ve seen the group of guys - usually high school to early 20’s - lifting together. They almost always congregate at the bench or preacher station. They hog up this area without seeming to do any work.

 

Me Getting My Kids Into Fitness!!

Here I am with my 2 daughters working out in my living room, liyah in the (pink)and janiya in the (blue).  Everytime I get up and changing into my gym clothes to go work out at the gym my daughters ask me where are you going daddy? I always tell them Im going to the gym to go work out. My daughters always ask why do you go to the gym for? I tell them so daddy can get stronger and loose some of this fat so daddy can be around for a while to take care you lol. So they tell me they want to go to the gym with me to help me work out, but unfortunately there too young to go to the gym and they might hurt them selves.

 So I go to walmart and buy them some dumbells so I can work out with them at home when Im not at the gym. The first day I started woking out with my daughters, they loved it. I started teaching them all the basics on how to work out on which excercise work outs each muscle and they are catching on very quickly.  Me teaching my kids on how to work out gives me the chance to spend some quality time with them and it also gives me another work out  when Im not at the gym lol. So since then my daughters are all into fitness they even go jogging with me at the school when Im doing cardio. Yup Yup so thats me getting my kids into fitness..

It’s Been 4 Long Years Now Since I Had A?

Hey whats up everybody I just wanted to announce today that its been 4 long years now since I had a diabetic soda or a liver killing beer lol.. :smile:

It was hard the first 3 months in the beggining :( . Now I can look at a soda or a beer and not even have an urge to have one actually it makes me sick that I was even drinking them in the first place!! Since I quit drinking them it was easy to loose weight and keep it off I think soda and beer is a big result for getting fat lol…
