The 2 wonderful reactions I got from taking a new brand of protein shake, Im not used too lol. The first reaction I got from taking a new brand of protein shake is getting terrible gas, lol I was almost killing people at work with it including myself.

And the second reaction I got was getting the worst case of diarrhea I think I went to the restroom about 6 times last night, and I think I lost about 5 pounds lol. I think everybody can relate to this from taking protein shakes..
