Blasting The Delts
Today I did shoulders & traps and the workout went great today!! I blasted my delts like there was no tomorrow LoL:
My shoulder workout:
standing military press 4 sets to failure
standing military press behind the back 4 sets to failure
upright rows 4 sets to failure
front dumbbel laterals 4 sets to failure
side dumbbel lateals 4 sets to failure
cable rear delt 4 sets to failure
machine rear delt flys 4 sets to failure
Smith Machine shrugs 4 sets to failure
And that was my shoulder workout today!!!

Whas up..
just wanted to say my opinion.. i personally think u are doing too many exercises and sets. There is absolutely no need to hit them like that. Believe me, i love to hit the weights hard and heavy. But for a smaller muscle like the delts, sets should be around 10-15 overall (not counting the traps).

Yeah, I was gonna say that was a little heavy on the volume, and you don’t need take every set to failure. But still, can’t short you credit for one hell of an effort.
