Heavy Leg Day Workout!!
Yup Yup today was heavy leg day I went heavy on everything I wanted to get a good leg work out. I wasn’t bull sh*ting because my last leg work out was light because my hamstring was hurting a little now that it is healed its back to the heavy sh*t. And I couldn’t wait to drop it like its hot doing squats because if you ain’t squatting you are not training legs ya heard me..
My leg workout:
Lying leg curls 6 sets to failure
Stiff legged deadlifts 6 sets to failure
Leg extensions 8 sets to failure
Leg press 8 sets to failure
Barbell squats 8 sets to failure
Front squats 3 sets to failure
standing calf raises 6 sets failure
sitting calf raises 4 sets to failure
toe presses 4 sets to failure
