Chest Day: Part 2
My workout routine for chest is:
Incline dumbell presses 4 sets to failure..
Flat bench dumbell presses 4 sets to failure:
decline bench presses on Smith Machine 4 sets to failure
Cable flys 4 sets to failure
Dips lower pecs 4 sets to failure
Push ups to failure
And now that was my chest work out today!!!!
