My Killer Back Day!!
Saturday, November 18th, 2006Today I did back it was one of the most exhausting back days I ever had I think the iron kicked my ass today but hell. I still gave it my best, I always give my workouts a 100 percent even if I don’t feel like it..
My Back workout routine:
Chin ups 5 sets to failure
Wide grip lat pull downs 4 sets to failure
close grip lat pull downs 4 sets to failure
reverse grip lat pull downs 4 sets to failure
cable rows 4 sets to failure
t-bar rows 4 sets to failure
dumbbel row 4 sets to failure
barbel rows 4 sets to failure
deadlifts 4 sets to failure
And that was my killer back day that kicked my ass sh*t Im still feeling it lol….
