Lagging bodypart day!!
Sunday, September 24th, 2006Today I went to the gym as always and took a quick look in the mirror and I seen I needed to work on my calves because they are one of my lagging body parts. So I did 4 sets of standing calf raises to failure and 4 sets of sitting calf raises to failure and not least I did 4 sets of toe presses. That was my main workout today concentrating and focusing on my calves… because nobody want puny ass calves that dont match your big ass quads lol..
