					<description>I suggest the above as well you could add packaged salmon to that list.  Also I would cut down on 6 miles of cardio for bulking...if that is what you want to do... Instead try running the 2 mile (your PT test) as fast as you can.</description>

I don't have much advice, but you could keep packets of tuna, raw almonds/walnuts, natural peanut butter or almond butter and organic honey w/some stone ground whole wheat bread. Those items can be kept in a fairly small container under your bed (if they will let you do that). I hope that might give you some ideas! BTW...thank you SOOO much for your service!
