I’m Back!

Hey everyone!

Havent been on here for ages but have been starting to get back into shape and decided that i needed some more inspiration and somewhere to plan my goals. I find that im much more organised when i write things down and can stick to things much better. So im back on again :D im currently 121lbs but im keen to shed some weight before i start gaining muscle! thats the plan anyway! well hope everyone is good, will post some new pics soon!

I’m FAT!!!

ok so ive pretty much gone completely DOWNHILL! i feel fat, ugly and unhappy! BUT today is the day i am going to kick myself back into shape! tomorrow i will be going to the gym for the first time in over a MONTH!!! yes i have been a lazy shit and Im feeling it now! I aim is to drop from 9st4lbs to 8st7lbs, and it can be done! I have also set myself the goal of doing two 10ks and a half marathon in 2008! Im the sort of person who needs to set goals in order to motivate myself. I feel hideous just now, but i know that i can achieve my goals, just gonna need heaps of motivation! :)

well, the dieting didnt last long, but i have gotten back into the swing of things now. the only problem is that i have a bit of a cold and its getting me down, and the thought of the gym just really does’nt appeal to me right now!

i am just going to concentrate on getting better fully so that i don’t keep getting ill! after that i will be back in that gym working my ass off! :D

6 week transformation

I have decided to give myself 6weeks to transform my body, It is a HUGE goal but i know that if i dont make them i will slip into laziness. I come on to bodyspace for inspiration and all the amazing pictures you girls have been posting help me so much! :D I dont know how much my body will change in 6weeks but im hoping to have visible abs and more defined muscles on my arms, as my upper body strength is poor. I have changed my diet slightly, have included much more fresh fruit and vegetables to fill me up a bit, and to be honest the diet has already started to give me a more possitive outlook. and so my 6 week transformation begins, wish me good luck. i really dont want to give up on this goal! :)

well i have been on holiday, staying with my dads side of the family and they are all really big eaters.

i have put on 3kgs!! i suppose thats not too bad, really missing the gym cant wait to get back in there. im gonna try detoxing a bit when i go home, feel really unhealthy! everyone on here gives me so much support, its such an amazing network and allows me to keep at my goals, even when i stumble!

My first 10K - I DID IT!!!!!!! :)

so i entered myself and my uncle for a 10K, started training and everything was goin nicely until my exams started. I began to skip training sessions and all of a sudden the 10K was one day away. I was really nervous, and the weather was awful, rain and wind all the way! :( i just kept going, because i knew i could do it and i didnt want to let myself down! so anyway i completed the 10K in under an hour, my goal, and got a medal at the end which i knew every1 got regardless of their time but it still made me feel special! :)

 The 10K gave me a real boost to achieve more of my goals, i know muscle building takes time but i want it now… but im not going to over train, hopefully if i keep pushing myself a little bit harder everyday i will start to see the results of my hard work!

I have recently been losing weight, at first it was intentional but now it just seems to be dropping smoothly. I have been exercising and going to the gym since January but I have been having a break since the begining of may due to exams and the ammount of studying and stress I have been under. My last exam is this tuesday, and after that serious training commences. I have been reading up about supplements and such like, but as I am only 16 I am finding it hard to pin point the ones that would be best for me. I want gorgeous abs for summer, thats all I have been thinking about and it helps push me harder in the gym. I will update soon about how i’m gettin on….its all quite exciting! :D
