update
well, the dieting didnt last long, but i have gotten back into the swing of things now. the only problem is that i have a bit of a cold and its getting me down, and the thought of the gym just really does’nt appeal to me right now!
i am just going to concentrate on getting better fully so that i don’t keep getting ill! after that i will be back in that gym working my ass off!
