My first 10K - I DID IT!!!!!!! :)
so i entered myself and my uncle for a 10K, started training and everything was goin nicely until my exams started. I began to skip training sessions and all of a sudden the 10K was one day away. I was really nervous, and the weather was awful, rain and wind all the way!
i just kept going, because i knew i could do it and i didnt want to let myself down! so anyway i completed the 10K in under an hour, my goal, and got a medal at the end which i knew every1 got regardless of their time but it still made me feel special!
The 10K gave me a real boost to achieve more of my goals, i know muscle building takes time but i want it now… but im not going to over train, hopefully if i keep pushing myself a little bit harder everyday i will start to see the results of my hard work!

Hooray for you!!:) Well done on completing the 10k, something I’ve certainly never tried, I hate running lol. Good luck with gaining that muscle, all it takes is a bit of hard work in the gym, good nutrition and plenty of rest. Take care:)

Way to go, congrats. The important thing is that you set out your goal and you made it happen. That in itself is a huge accomplishment. Keep pushing yourself and never quit.
