The Start…
I have recently been losing weight, at first it was intentional but now it just seems to be dropping smoothly. I have been exercising and going to the gym since January but I have been having a break since the begining of may due to exams and the ammount of studying and stressĀ I have been under. My last exam is this tuesday, and after that serious training commences. I have been reading up about supplements and such like, but as I am only 16 I am finding it hard to pin point the ones that would be best for me. I want gorgeous abs for summer, thats all I have been thinking about and it helps push me harder in the gym. I will update soon about how i’m gettin on….its all quite exciting!

Well honestly I think that just the advantage of being 16 is all you need. That and a little perseverance.

I would strongly recommend against any supplements other than a multi-vitamin at age 16. You are still in a growth/developmental stage of life, I’d wait until you are at least 18 before supplementation. Most supplements I’ve taken state that they are recommended for 18 and older, so if you do, be careful.

That’s true. Supplements can mess you up. You are young and that should be enough. make sure you eat enough and weight doesnt drop too fast. You don’t want to look like a skeleton by Summer. Good luck and have fun!

It’s be smart just to eat healthy and take a multi vitamin. Stay away from supplements fo a while.
