get ready bodyspace friends! 2010 is approaching quickly and im taking it easy for this last month…and when january gets here its all or nothing…i WILL reach my goals this time!!!!!!! my mind wasnt set as it shoudl be. and ive got it set right now and very pumped…got new goals in mind…some are the same….some goals ive got set for 1 month and others may be 3 months or some longer but i wil get this done!! and while some are askin "where are your progress pics at"? well they will be more coming next year i promise!

i think whoever is in charge of this wep page needs to put a media player on the bodyspace pages….like what we like to listen to while doin cardio or doin our workouts….that would make the bodyspace pages more interesting, what do you guys think????

bench press

well ive been stuck at 275 for awhile now, and maxed out back in may or so, and put up 280, and two months later here i am i put up 290 today, couldve went 295 but didnt wanna risk it. with no spotter! yeah im STUPID! but ive been known in this town to do some of the stupidest things like this one, i like to take risks! since ive been outta school ive never had a spotter, and ive only dropped 2 attempts…last year couldnt get 255 lbs, and probably 3 months after that i i couldnt get 265, but i had red marks on my chest from pulling the bar across my chest, but it feels good to put up 290, and the closer i get to goal of 300 lbs, i move my goal closer, so as of right now ive marked my goal by sept. (beginning or end of the month)

i dont know if this happens to everyone but it does me and i dont like it….ok i work out 3-5 days a weeks and run 4 miles on non workout days but i take protien shakes after workouts and running, but gettin to the point….after i workout i see muscle size getting bigger and im liking it, but then on my running days i get back to the house take a shower and and hour or so later i look smaller again, i dont lose strength, just size

someone help me?
